Trading with a "local" for a roll of Walking Liberty Halves... I don't think any of them are in spectacular shape or anything - these are mostly for melt purposes, but if there's something that has some numismatic value, who's to say "no", right? Anyway, the person I'm trading with says they'll look for any dates I want in their group of WL's.... I don't collect them currently, so are there any specific dates I should ask for???
The 1929S and 1933S are kind of rare but not necessarily worth very much money. I have one of each in VG-8 with a value of $4/oz over spot.
I'll gladly send you a dime if you send me a dozen 1938-D Walking Liberty halves. I'll even pay for postage both ways.
