Provident Metals has kilo silver bars for .59 over spot any quantity. They also have generic 1 ozers at reasonable premiums, there site is a bit slow right now but you should be able to get through eventually.

    Geez,

Pick up any copy of coin world or numismatic news and choose any of the major advertisers. I've been using Paul Sims for year, but also apmex.com, provident, coasttocoast, L&C, ebay, etc. Go with who feels good but use apmex as one of your rule of thumb measures. after that go with where you feel most comfortable.

    peace,

    rono
