Buying from Modern Coin Mart ?

Has anyone done business with Modern Coin Mart? I like the prices they have on bullion and wanted to see if others are familiar with them. Thanks!

Modern Coin Mart is a completely legitimate company. I have sold to them many times.

 

Bought a book of their eBay site, they a fine company and you should have no trouble.

 

have bought from them with no problems in the past...should be good to go

 

Went through them a couple times and was happy with everything I got.

I have a few times with no problems

 

I live 10 miles from them and know many of the people that work there. I have had a great experience dealing with them each and every time.

 

Just wondering, do they have a showroom where you can walk in and buy coins?

I've purchased from them on ebay, through their website, and in person at shows. This is a top notch operation. I had one minor problem with an order once and they addressed it very well.

 

Started purchasing from them on Ebay, but quickly moved over to the online site. No shipping costs and premiums that are comparable with others keep me coming back. They also ship faster than Provident Metals, which is another company I use.

I've emailed them on occasion and they reply fast. For example I asked them why they were "out of stock" of kookaburra rolls on their website, but had them up on eBay. They quickly put a few rolls up on their website.....which then quickly sold out again before I could get to them.

 

No, there is no showroom. What I do, since I am so close, is call them and place an order and they let me come over and pick up my coins the next day.

So, no real physical store. Just the ability to pick up something you have ordered.

What I especially like is if I order something and then find I don't like it for some reason after I see it, I don't have to take it.

They are super, customer-oriented people.

They are excellent! I once bought an NGC MS69 Somalia 1oz Coin and they shipped me an ungraded one by accident. I called them up; they sent the proper item and let me keep the raw coin. I have since only used them to buy bullion coins online.
