Ya, Silver looked peaky on Oct 4th. And stock market observers (Barron's) are looking forward to a -10% decline? Ouch, that'll hit exuberant PM spec too. Watch out for the hedgies taking profits before year end: biggest portfolio winners sold first.

On US mkts, add Silver Bear SSIL (ETF) or play the double-leveraged ZSL (hooo-dawgie!) to hedge your stash. I'm not buying typical Seasonality this winter - not with FUEL SHORTAGES now reported in the largest metro area of the USA. When did THAT last happen??!

    Just my two cents.

It's all shadow games with the man behind the curtain.

The drop was due to a sell-off of gold because of a higher jobs report and perceived better US Dollar.
    BUT
Unemployment actually went UP to 7.9%........So......what does that mean?.......it's all BS to me

Come mid December, start buying through mid January. It is seasonal.

This is great! At what point does the mint lower prices again on the 5oz P ATB's?

Whenever they feel like it. We can only wait for government to catch up with the market. When it does, silver prices will probably be back up.

We could have a few more of these Black Fridays and you wouldn't hear me complaining at all.
