    New Perth Series.

This design has dots, like cheap printing. To my thinking, that indicates an inferior design.

I have shared this coin in another thread, but I also think it belongs here.

One of my favourite proof coins, from the Lasqueti Mint, in British Columbia, Canada. This is a private mint, run by a couple of retired people, whereby these silver coins are accepted as local currency.

Here, we have the Raven, from northern Canada.

I actually thought of buying some of those coins of the members of Turtle Island.

Nordic Gold - the same composition as the 10, 20 and 50 cent coins in the euro area. There is about as much gold in them as in your Golden Dollars. :)

Just posted this Japan 50 sen in the world coin section

This is a Japan 1923 (Yoshihito year 12) 50 Sen coin. It is quite flashy in hand. I was drawn to the phoenix bird design around the denomination on the reverse.
