United states mint annual uncirculated dollar coin set

2012w united states mint annual uncirculated dollar 6 coin set. are you guys buying this set?. last time we have 2007w and 2008w 6 coin set. price at $31.95 and $37.95 respectively. now 2012w set cost $54.95. it looks like the five single dollar prices were down. 2007w individual option cost $21.95. 2008w individual option cost $25.95. the other 5 single dollar cost $10.00 and $12.00 respectively. but this year it cost $9.00 only for those five pieces of dollar. are you guys consider this set cheap or expensive?.

is the coin removable from the folder?. anyone?.

 

Only if you break the packaging, at least that's how it was with the 07 and 08.

 

i received my 2012 set yesterday. it looks like a different capsule on it. the coin is attached to the package very tidy. but i don't want to break it out. just try to ask someone who will send it to grade. and let me know if this coin inside this set is removable without breaking the package. thanks.

 

I would definitely keep the set intact. If silver goes any higher, the Mint might remove some items (including this one) for repricing. This will increase demand for these items at least in the short term. If they never go back on sale, demand will likely increase in the long term. TC

 

i don't sell them. what i mean is that if the coin with capsule can be remove without damaging the package. that will be perfect. actually i even don't know if this coin is with capsule or some other type of holder/material or with thin capsule?.
