I haven't counted syllables but the way you broke up the sentences and spacing suggests this. But as for the body of the text, you're basically just ragging on China for being behind in the Industrial Revolution. Then you say they're catching up economically to the US. And because of this, you feel that Chinese Pandas will no longer be available for purchase outside of China? Is that correct?
I think the point is that if the people in China begin collecting Panda's, the price will go up. No evidence is presented so I assume it is an opinion.
Silver panda mintage is way up. They used to produce 600,000 per year from 2003-2009, then mintage shot up to 1.5 million in 2010, 6 million in 2011, and mintage is now projected at 8 million in 2012. How many do you think our good friends will send? As many as we can consume. TC

Well I don't mean any offense. But what's going on with the way your paragraphs are formed? Pressing "Return" twice in the middle of sentences is a weird way to create paragraphs. And my "fake name" is my screen name. Anyway, I don't really care how many pandas are made next year, as I've never been interested in owning any.
