Weight: 4.47 g Diameter: 21 mm Ref.: RIC IX 5f and 8b.1; Depeyrot 1/3 (North Italian mint) Obverse: D N THEODOSIVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust to right Reverse: VICTORIA AVGG, Gratian and Theodosius seated facing, holding globe between them; behind and between them, Victory is standing with outspread wings, palm below; COM
I don't collect coins from this period, but I must say that the die engraving, especially on the reverse, is stunning. Panzerman's coin is also a choice example.
