Post office cracking down on shipping costs

    Probably referring to what jello sees as a monopolistic situation....Just my guess.

    Seller ship 5oz :devil:+ pay USPS for 1-2 oz. then just drop on mail box. that 1 way

    I'd consider that a seller scam, not an Ebay/Paypal scam.

    Yea you can also say you'll ship a 2 x 2 express on the ebay page, but when you go to print the label you can make it parcel post.

    Most often sellers use templates and are too lazy to adjust the shipping cost for an item that can be sent for less or even vice versa. Have seen seller charge 5 bucks but spent 20 bucks to ship it.

    Yeah, all well and good, but, it's bulk mail that keeps the USPO in business.
