I ordered mine on the 4th and they shipped on the 10th so I hope to see them soon.

Yep, mine says they're being shipped by "Fed Ex Express saver" whatever 'saver' is?...and I have the link as well that takes me to the USPS tracking page with no tracking number?

 

Mine came yesterday, delivered by FedEx.

 

How long did your guys's shipping take. Mine was placed 2/8/12 and still says in proccess. Did this happen to you guys and it just randomly show up?

 

Got mine today, they are very nice and I'm happy with them, no milkspots although I was very disappointed with the packaging.

One coin was bouncing around loose from it's flip, that were haphazardly stuck inside the card in the airtight, as mentioned I only got one card so it will make it more difficult if I decide to sell or give a few away and two of the flips were cracked and torn as if they were old.

For the shipping I was charged ( none of the coupons worked) it could have been alot better.

 

Seems you can't buy directly from the mint.ca website any longer, says you must call. From one reviewer within the reviews (which the person gave it a poor review because he wasn't able to order one, poor sport), says they called and they're sold out already, they just won't update the website. Could be hearsay but if you can't order online, that's likely a sign they're only taking orders by phone with just a limited number available perhaps by returns, etc.

 

i orderd mine almost a month ago and they still havnt shiped it. i called and they said theyre were backed up or something like that and is probably gonna ship in a week or so. i dont get how you guys in the states got the shipment before someone in canada like me

Just recieved my 3 polar bears and the $10 half ounce dragon.

Polar Bears: Great coin but much smaller than I imagined. Great design though. A+
1/2 $10 Dragon: Wow, AMAZING. A++

Overall: Long shipping but WAY worth the wait. Hope this helps for on the fence people!

 

I ordered like the day after or so they went on sale. Got them within a week. I think most of the delay is likely more orders started pouring in, etc. Who knows though, only the mint would know.

 

Same thing happened when I ordered my boreal forest Toonie and Loonie.

How did you get 5 of each if there is a limit of 3.

 

Actually I have 30 coins each and it's true that I can only get three myself. But I have a large circle of friends, colleagues, and former undergrad students in Canada who ordered them for me since they know that I love their coins ;-)

ps: I am in the US and not planning on flipping them. I just love beautiful coins - and plenty of them - making me feel kinda 'rich' ..... at heart ;-)

Not that I know of. I am a MC member at RCM. As soon as they pre-release the info, I'll put it up on CT. My guess would be end of this summer or early fall like in 2011 (remember the 'C' maple leaf and the canoe release dates - Feb and Oct 2011).

 

i got this email from the RCM few days ago saying that i should be getting in the mail in 2-3 weeks the $20 for $20 Diamond Jubilee commemorative coin, to which I subscribed to.
