Here's what I plan to buy from the US Mint 4/12 ASE proof 4/19 AGE proof (depending on price) 4/26 Native Am rolls 6/04 Silver mint set I can't wait for the Special ASE Set!
I have subscriptions to the ASE Proof's, Silver Mint sets and uncirculated mint sets, I don't even have to bother logging in to order, it's automagically gonna charge my account and send them off.
I know how ya feel! I got the message a few weeks ago reminding me of my subscription and have been antsy ever since. After the ASE Proof comes my presidential dollar proof set.
The rumor mill has the US Mint producing a special 2 ASE set in celebration of the 75th anniversay of the San Fran mint. Everyone has a dream coin they want included, such as a High Relief ASE or a mint mark not usually found on a particular ASE. There has been no offical announcement, but the subject has been written about and everyone is guessing it may cost $125. If I'm not explaining this just quite right to anyone likings, please feel free to jump in and correct me or add to it .
I used to subscribe to the set but I found that it was over-kill for me since the sets are included with the regular and silver proof sets, and I wind up busting out a few of those. When they raised the price on 'em from $14.95 to $18.95 I cancelled. I think the OP intended to write proof. I wish they made an unc. silver set too. Heck, the 2008 Red Book has listings for silver struck Presidential Dollars. I wish they had made those.
YAY! Mine shows in stock and reserved as well. Hey Green, I didn't like the price jump either but I don't subscribe to the full sets so I just stick with the dollar proof set.
I just checked mine and it says that it shipped today! Then again my 2012 ATB Silver Proof set shows that it shipped on the 2nd and I've yet to see them.
Got mine 4/23 would have gotten then sooner but I took a little vacation. Gee it's hard to be retired!
You should be OK. The Mint doesn't ship by order number. They will reserve a coin for you by order number, but they group shipments by shipping service to reduce their cost.
