American Eagle Silver with attachment note...

    I tried to look at google to get more information on this coin. It has brief history note with 1992 ASE coin. What does it called?

    Here's picture and ignore other coins except the ASE. :)

    It's a certificate of authenticity, but from somewhere other than the US Mint.
     
  4. It looks like something a coin company such as Littleton might mass produce (except their name would be on it) and sell it at a premium with the holder. A COA will usually say COA on it and note the entity designating it. TC

    I agreed that it doesn't created by mint, but there's no fine print with company's name who created this COA.
