I went searching thru Ebay yesterday and today and managed to get 2 lots of quarters for about $31/oz and 2 bigger lots of dimes for $29.60/oz so it made it worth while. have to scroll thru hundreds of listings and bid on a bunch but during off times it's possible to get a deal. still not sure it's worth all the time but like me the coins were cheap. tried to buy some .999 but forget it crazy prices.:p

  3. Anytime you can get 90% under spot seems like a good deal to me.

Be aware that a lot of peeps selling 90% on ebay are describing/listing their auctions by the ounce and not the troy ounce. Caveat emptor.

^ Could be why it sold for less.
I always look at the dollar amount and do the silver weight math myself.
however I do like Ase's so I bought 100 ounces at the dip today. Very happy :)

I just skip right on by those listings. they seem to be for very small lots anyway. I'm not making any major buys 'till I see more price movement. looks like the market hasn't finished dropping yet.

The funny thing is it is carefully worded to confuse and catch them off guard. They can misrepresent a lot without technically lying. Making money honestly is just too dang tough for some people.;)
