For those of us interested in Pandas, here is the latest information I have: 1. The coins have not left China yet, so it will be a while before they are in hand in the U. S. (Source: Panda America in California). 2. This year's mintage is set at 8,000,000. Last year's was 6,000,000. The year before that was 600,000. 3. It's probably better to purchase these from a reputable physical or online dealer than on ebay to avoid getting a "replica" aka fake. 4. In the past, it has been better to purchase them sooner rather than later after release. It will be interesting to see what premiums are being charged this year, as the mintage has increased quite a bit.
