BU.

I don't really care, but I know that the people I sell it to probably will.

On eBay, I've seen slightly scratched or nicked gold Eagles go for several percent less than unblemished.

Jewelery. One of the coin dealers at my coin club has an ASE bolo-tie and it has the most beautiful toning ever. Its seriously like seeing a double rainbow!!!

Another one at my club has an ASE money clip and I personally believe it is a lot more beautiful than any other BU ASE because it has a history, a past. How many ASEs do you think get made into jewelry? Not many. So they are not in much demand, command very little premium, but it is definitely worth hearing the story of the coin. I personally love anything circulated and don't care much for the uncirculated pieces. My dad found a nice beat up proof washington quarter from the vending machine at his work, gave it to me, and I have never gotten rid of it. I just lost it a while back.
