I have to correct my last post, not good news:
I read a post on other blog that stated his order 38391 received the mint email. When I saw it say "got email for 38391, I didn't read, closely enough, that he was responding to another post that said mint put order on backorder. I thought he was referring to Mint email that says "order to ship". Man, I apologize as I must have raised a whole bunch of hope here. Now I retreat to my earlier statement that the "cut off was somewhere in the 3837 series or the early 3838 group". I guess I was hoping for you guys too much and didn't use enough caution when reading the other post. SORRY

Congrats to everyone who got in and my condolences to you guys that have been hoping all this time. Mine shipped this morning(3836xxxx order went int at 3:22) but the tracking number still isn't found by UPS when I click it. I don't know about the rest here but it feels like this has been going on a whole lot longer than a couple of weeks to me.

Mine shipped three days ago and still I cannot get any info from the tracking #

 

Two out of the three 25th Anniversary Sets that I sold on eBay have been received by the secondary buyers, and I have received positive feedback on both.
The Third set should be delivered tomorrow.

 

I got the same email, my order was placed at 5:05pm. So long as it don't say cancelled I think were OK. :welcome:

 

Now let's see what the TV shows are going to charge for these wonderful sets ! I'll betcha prices will rise, lol

I did another google search for "25th anniversary silver eagle order numbers" around 5:15pm. A lot of forums and blogs on the matter, however tonight a lot of comments are the same : cancel notices with anyone that currently shows in process and an expected shipping date of 11/23 and later. They all say the mint will still show your order but they are getting the emails!
One post did say that that he called the mint today and was told his order#38368XXX should be fine but it would be close. Remember it isn't over til you get that email!!

 

I'm kind of surprised at those coin vault prices. I thought they would be even higher. I see on Ebay now a 69 set up to $1,000 and a 70 set at $3,000. Coin Vault is a bargain on the 70 set.

I got so worried when you said this lol, I checked the UPS website, it finally updated. The mint website stated shipped on 11/11, but the label was printed on 11/14 says the UPS website, so I'm not sure how they gave me the tracking # three days ago. UPS has yet to receive it, so I expect it on Wed.

 

I got an email from the mint saying it will be late Nov but I will get it #3836xxx
