It's normal, usually because the web isn't updated as quick. I'm guessing your new to online ordering.

AU, I got multiple tracking #s in my email. The top one and the bottom one were hyper links. The top one went to USPS and was invalid. The bottom one goes to UPS and is valid.

That's bull. You're "in process" until the coins for you are actually compiled and ready to pack. As long as you show in stock and reserved, the Mint has a spot for you within the 100,000 count. From Mints FAQ: " If your order contains only products that are "in stock and reserved," we will process your order within 7 business days".

Thanks Bullionbully and Pacecar, and yes this is actually my first order from the mint. Usually i just go to my LCS and pick up stuff from him.

My first order just showed up as being shipped this morning, once #2 shows as shipped then i'll be a happy camper!

This morning, my order only says, "Your order request is in process". There is nothing that actually says, "in stock and reserved," .

I ordered two sets. I still have the check box to cancel the order. Shipping date moved to Nov 23.

That is the reason I am becoming pessimistic.

I'm in the same boat. Actually worse.

The problem is the order status is too vague. If you go by what it says (an expected shipping date), then we should get sets. If they run out, then it is another symptom of the Mint's bad ordering system.

If we get them, the Mint is a hero. If not, then they lose my future business.

With the expected shipping date two weeks out, we shouldn't expect to see much change for at least a few days.

My account says shipped for one set of 5. Other 5 sets still pending.

People in another coin forum posted their rejection emails from the US Mint yesterday. So, unless you've received the email from the Mint telling you that your order is being cancelled because your order was received too late, or they ran out of product, there is still hope.

The 3839xxxx order I placed for my friend at 6:27 PM still shows "In Process". Keeping my fingers crossed for my friend's order. My 3835xxxx order is "In stock and reserved."

OK, I understand. Are you looking at the Track Order Page? If so, tere is a Order Status block on the bottom of that pafe where those words should be. If that's what your looking at, I'd be a little worried too. Did you put this on a credit card. If so, check your card and see if there is a pending charge in process. It's a second way to see if you have an order ready or if your waiting for a cancel.

Simplest thing is to just call the Mint and get an explanation of what's happening and where you stand.

I did that. The rep at the mint had no information. She said they are still processing orders and wait until I hear from them. Huh?? That information is the same as no information.

My view is that the Mint does not know how many more orders it can fill. Some orders have one set; others have 5 sets; some are being cancelled. It's a fluid situation. As it processes the orders it deducts those sets from its inventory. When the inventory is depleted it stops processing. The Mint cannot predict which order will be the last yet.

Mine showed up today. Looks like they had a rough ride, all the coins except for one where knocked out of there spots in the display rack, a few bent corners on the boxes too. Coins look really nice, except for the bullion pieces - few contact marks.

According to numerous emails that have been posted, every who was waitlisted have been cancelled that haven't been processed or whatever. Those who have not received any info since ordering, I believe you fall into that section.

I think you are right. They probably sold more than they can deliver.

I was really hoping to see a shipping notice show up this morning.. Still in stock and reserved. My order went in at 3:22 eastern. I feel safe with that but I'm starting to get nervous with the waiting.

I think everyone who got in before 5pm should stop being so worried. They can only process orders so fast. My first order which was placed @ 12:17 just showed up as shipped last night and my second order which was placed at 12:37 just showed up as shipped as I checked it this afternoon, but was still "in stock and reserved" before I went to work.

They are processing the orders as fast as they can... That being said - MY SECOND ORDER SHIPPED!!!! 10 SETS IN ROUTE!!! PARTY TIME - EXCELLENT!!! (Insert awesome guitar riff here)
