I got an email last night from the Mint saying that if you ordered a certain amount by Halloween that you would get an ASE. Anybody else get this? I checked the website last night for the exclusion list and the Anniversary set was not on it. For my 5 sets, I qualified for the Proof Silver Eagle in MS70(NGC or PCGS) but I have'nt gotten anything from the Mint confirming that. Do you think they will allow the 25th Sets to qualify for the free ASE?

Crap, I just reread the email from the Mint and I didn't see the offer code.:( I am gonna call the Mint tomorrow and see if they will give it to me.

Screen shot and upload so we can see. I've bought a lot from the mint including the atb pucks and haven't received anything from them.

It won't let me upload the pic. I'll try again tomorrow.

Maybe this is a targeted offer? I am interested if it is open to all. I agree, post a screenshot.

I don't think it was the mint... Maybe govmint or another retailer?

Seems strange that the mint would sell slabbed coins?

I got something like that from the New York Mint. Order from $499 - $998.99 get a MS-69 ASE. Other coins for higher purchases. Not worth it to me because most of their products are over-priced.

You've been snookered dear fellow. I'm sure it wasn't the US mint.

I wasn't snookered, just stupid.:) You guys were right, it was the BS called Govmint. I will just go sit in the corner now with my dunce cap on for awhile.

Don't beat yourself up. You did ask here and that told you what you needed to know. These coin snake oil salesmen can be quite convincing they are something they are not.

Don't be so hard on yourself. And you did learn something.
