That same person has been using the same pic for a couple years now. Looking at the little bit of her face you can see, she doesn't look too happy.

 

Lol I noticed that. I didn't know he keeps using the same pic over and over. Must work for him.

I was going to make a comment on her Lei, but I don't guess that joke would go down to good on a PG forum.

 

Well, it is listed from Hawaii. They'll Lei ya just for getting off of a plane there.

 

This might be more likely to catch my eye, and probably gets this seller more hits and ultimately a higher sale. However, I would not give someone like this my money. I find it disrespectful and unscrupulous. Plus you can't even see the quality of the coins very well. The fact that it's not even a picture of the items being sold is also a deterrent.

Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder ... be it coins, leis or whatever attracts you.

The add reflects what is a Polynesian cultural norm, seen locally on a daily basis. It's no big deal! On second thought, it may be among those who are repressed to the point of being neurotic. A couple of posted comments have already suggested that may be the case.

The "this" is really about not much of anything. It appears as though you noticed little that was unusual about the "offending" add. Most were not offended, also. That is as it should be. Some thought it necessary to make an issue where none rightfully existed. They have thoughtlessly raised your curiosity. Were they as adult as you seem to be, the "this' wouldn't be an issue.
