I just was posting something about the bullion site I use- Bulliondirect.com- in another thread and saw this one. Go there and look at their nucleo exchange and you'll likely find a bid price for your bullion. It's not a coin site really unless you have junk silver.
If you google "ebay alternatives" you will get a list, but none of them have the exposure of ebay. You may pay less in fees but your item will not sell as high. There also seems to be a good bit of fraud on some of these other sites. I have bought through Atomic Mall before, and I got one good item, one not described very well so I overpaid, and one scammer that took my money and now I have to file a paypal dispute. I think I will be sticking to ebay myself, or selling locally.
different ebay sites sometimes have different interesting items, for example same search will get you different results in ebay.com, ebay.co.uk and ebay.com.au ebay.fr is interesting because it has the option to search in EU sites "I do not know french but it took me 5 minutes to figure the system out" I found some nice stuff on ebay.fr and ebay.com.au
