    IRS don't need anymore of $$$ mine.
    Hex they waste it anyway!!
    :eek:Cutting is going to be the Very hard part this and platinum & palladium is one of the hardest metal known.

    Hang on. How exactly did you manage to get 103 troy oz. of Pd for $480, when the the lowest price that year was $150/oz, and the lowest price in the preceding decade was $34.50?

    I guess even the stuff falling off trucks was cheaper back then... ;)

    1980 that was almost my hole months pay in the Army! the PX /Army/ Walmart we got Car& and just about anything with out paying a duty fee. there were I save money as there was a small coin /baseball shop it was new back then no one knew what it was back then.that how I save $$$. but there was no money for beer and going off base that month.
    thank god I knew I had free food or I would have stared .

    Beachbum99, I had no idea. I really don't know where to look up bullion prices on these art pieces. Typically, my goal is to just always focus on picking them up around spot (which I did with these Engelhard). Being that coins tend to go for a premium, I feel like I'm ahead of the game if I can pick them up for spot.

    Can you tell me the value of the '86, and where to find that information?

    You're welcome, Susan! I've seen that 86er go for as much as $80. you best hang onto it! ;)
