I have a set of the 2010 regular 5oz'ers slabbed PCGS, and a few extras of the Hot Springs and Yellowstone uncirculated versions (PM me if interested in buying).. just wondering if you guys think the prices are going up or down from here due to the limited mintage of the first year?

My guess is the price is going down and you're doing the right thing by selling. Maybe you should post in the classifieds or better yet, place them on ebay.

There's a set in the classified here right now for $1050. Price is dropping now and all indications for the 2011 bullion versions are sales are soft. If I were a betting man, and I am, there will be some stagnation with these for a few years and all of the sudden people will decide this is something they missed the boat on, ala first spouse. There's something about me that likes to look for the "ugly sister" situation and take full advantage of it. I have a couple sets of the 2010's, and 2 of each of the 2011 that have been released so far. They'll sit in their own little corner of the safe in airtites until, honestly I'm not sure what event will trigger me selling, but I won't mind if the event is everyone suddenly needs them. Worst case is they are only worth melt, so unless silver drops like a stone in water....

    Sealed boxes are $1300+.

Three sealed Prudential boxes got 4800+ (1600 a box). Prudential seems to be the right name presently.

I'm waiting for my order from Prudential, I hope I don't regret it.

Anyone know if Prudential / Bache still has 2010 sets? Are they graded? Thanks.

I won't pretend to know what the value of this set is going to be. I will say that the general consensus is that Prudential sets are high graders, and bringing a (small) premium on fleabay. My girlfriends Pru set is stunning! Four of them would grade out MS69DPML, and the fifth is very close. They're way nicer than the mess I got from Apmex.

If you like the pucks (I do)...hold on to them. If you're a flipper...then by all means flip away!
