If you were to buy copper bullion on ebay or some other site, would you pay extra for "premium" copper in Au or Bu condition? Just curious, the coins would have to be before 1982. How much would you pay for them?
Au and Bu are terms used to describe the quality of a numismatic item. You should not care if you are buying it for bullion purposes.
