    ISN'T that delightful? :smile

Apparently The Tyler Two are beginning to get some recognition. I wonder how this affect sales of Sarah and Margaret? I can already feel the tension beginning to build.

    Dearly Beloved,
As you know by now, Sister Sarah left this veil of tears, 'lo just 2 short days ago. Yet, even still B+S, we true believers well know that she shall always remain near and dear to our hearts. Despite her lamentable price increases during the remaining few weeks of her auric-numismatic-availability, Sister Sarah inspired all who even yet possess her, though verily, perhaps not so deeply as those who do not count themselves as being among her eternal inner circle.

It gives me enormous consolation to know that she now resides exclusively with the other previous immortals. The Sainted Ladies of YakPoo's Harem.

Is Julia Tyler Proof Still the lowest mintage at 4,830? The Uncirulated still is the lowest mintage at 2,861! I saw that a Margaret Taylor was ar 4,787 that was 11/21
    numbers? Anybody got updates?

Everyone has their reasons for coin collecting. I ignored the people scoffing at the FS coins and bought the ones that I liked. I bought a couple of JT coins simply because I like the coin and back when graded 70s could be had for less than $800. "Collectors" were saying there was no future with this series. Look at where it is now price wise.

I hope people continue to scoff at the First Spouse coins. (I never understood why coin collectors don't get the "buy when nobody else will" part of collecting.)

Congratulations. I am trying to wiggle up the funds to get mine too. Wish me luck. I think she is going to be real pretty.

Looks like the new low for the proof is Margart Taylor 4,787. I question the 4,787 I
posted about a week ago that the mintage was 4,787 wondering if Julia proof would still be
    the lowest.

My Mary Todds are in hand! This might sound weird but I like her round face on this coin.

PS: Now I just have to pay for them; I'll be listing some other spouses in the auction category tonight! What ever happened to the days when the mint was so late shipping that it ended up on your February bill?!

I will check it out. I am short about 8 fS in un-circulated. Like you, money is an issue. The Taylor sisters are a little pricey on the after market. I can't believe the premiums for some the 2008, & early 2009 releases. I am uptodate on Proofs, but the credit card is maxed out - all of them.

I sort of bit off more than I can chew with the FS and spot prices going nuts at this time. I will be thrilled when my collection is complete.

I sure love the art work on the reverses! - This series is especially cool.

I am not collecting their husband's or the bronze versions of the FS. Can't do it all.
