I think we *all* know what would bring her back.. =) Now, if gold hits record highs next week and she isn't around, we could potentially start to worry about her actual well being....
I've been worried about that since I first started watching her cheerleading threads and detected her ever-upward bias.
We already established that her profile is configured to prevent receiving communications from members: PMs, visitor messages, member emails... Only a moderator would be able to send a communication in this case. It really hasn't been that long, nearing 3 weeks since she posted last.
Can't send her one, the option isn't there...for eveyrone else it is. She went out of her way to remove private PM's....
i can't believe it that you guys miss me so much. yes. i am out for three weeks and i will continue to do so in the future. i can check this forum once in a while. but i will not continue to write. or maybe very few. i will concentrate on my job and stock market. i play stocks but not gold and silver. i will hold my collection until gold pass $2,000.00. then i will start thinking to sell or not to sell them. bye. p.s. i still think $1,500.00 can be hit. but silver. i have to change. maybe $32.00.
This is amazing. For me personally, today is the biggest one-day up move that I have seen on silver ever since I started collecting silver art bars. Holy cow!
With the way that silver is rising, Elaine may have to come back to this thread to amend her silver prediction again.
At least we know if PMs ever crash-correct backwards we know she's just opting not to talk to us. I'll keep the music cued up in the unlikely event anytime too soon of this happening... "It's my party and I can cry if I want to, cry if I want to..."
Nothing to debate here. My tax liability more than doubled under these changes. It was most definitely the biggest single increase I ever saw. Bar none. Maybe others fared better than I did, but it nailed me good.
I only say, that I wish I hadn't sold any at all, but glad I only sold a little. LOL Man, this is fun. It's much more exciting to sell on the way up than on the way down, for sure.
THAT was pretty clear.. Well, she has amended her $ figures, and will check in occasionally it sounds like. Perhaps the many jibes have disillusioned her Today, EVERYONE ought to be commenting on price of metals etc.. I'm surprised not to see more comments here. I read earlier today of a comparison between what the Fed is doing (QE2) and what von Haverstein did in the 1920's. Looked that up, and wow! There's sure a bit there to think about. No answers or speculations here.. but I will keep trying to see the 'forest' instead of the trees. How complicated this is.. Lucy
