    Hi,

I'm looking at buying a couple ounces of palladium (PAMP or credit suisse bar, canada palladium maple leaf). Besides APMEX or eBay, do you know of any other online stores that sell palladium?

    Please let me know, Thanks.

You can't. It closed in '98 and NYU demolished it and built a residence hall......Oh dear, you meant the metal? Never mind......

It took me a minute to get the joke... then it sunk in-- I got it! Liked it very much! LOL! :p

BTW, they still use the name extensively on campus... Palladium Athletic Facility, Palladium Foodcourt, Palladium Residence Hall...

if you believe in technical analysis ... palladium is in a breakout and is heading to $1000 an ounce (about a 67% gain from here)
I also think silver is heading to $34 and gold to $2000 ... so i think any of the metals are a good bet

I bought 2 oz of palladium to lock in my price for the new 1 oz American Palladium Eagle that will be produced next year.
It will use a high relief Mercury Dime design on the obverse.

You can still get some Stillwater Palladium coins but they are starting to get a pretty hefty premium due to their rarity.

There is no coin legislation yet that has approved that this coin will be minted next year nor anytime thereafter. Merely the Coin Act requesting it has been introduced to the House. The Palladium UHR was shot down last year and hasn't returned in the same form. There is no guarantee that the current designs suggested in the coin act will be used either. That too may change dramatically. You may have locked in a price for palladium and palladium may go way up and sink far below what you locked in before the Mint comes out with a palladium bullion coin.

Thanks for the info krispy ... I am cool with whatever happens!!

If the APE never comes out, no big deal ... I am glad I have a little bit of Palladium exposure.

I have already made about 10% return on my Palladium in the past month, so I have my 7% buy premium covered, with 3% of profit so far -- better than my savings acct that is earning 0%

I am glad to have Gold, Silver, Platinum, and Palladium in my metals portfolio.

i just picked up my first 2 pieces in the form of maples. i snagled them off ebay for $588 after the rebates, right at spot. i really dont know too much about this stuff but watch it a little because it is precious. ive always wanted to dabble with pd and when i saw these at spot it was a no brainer.

I found someone locally selling them at spot price. It's a great price that I think I'm going to have to act on.

Buying local is usually the best, lowest price you will find. Good luck with your investments. :thumb:

Thanks. According to analysts, palladium has the brighest outlook out of all the precious metals. China and India are using more and more of the metal since their population is getting richer and able to buy cars which use palladium in catalytic converters. And once Russia sells their stockpile, who knows how high palladium can go. It's a much cheaper alternative to platinum as well. Palladium has lots of upside potential and I couldn't find one 2011 forecast that says palladium will decrease in price over the next year. And the cheapest price online I could find was $18 over spot, plus shipping! I'm getting 2-3 bars $1-$2 below spot and recently found a dealer who will buy palladium at 0.5-1% below spot. I'm fortunate to have found a good person to buy from and sell to!

Tomorrow I'm meeting the guy at a local bank where he has the bars stored. I'm picking up 3 PAMP Suisse bars.

Wow, the seller just sent me an email and wants $20 more per bar for whatever reason. I promptly said I was no longer interested. Now I'm waiting on the markets to pull back so I can buy some precious metals.
