    I buy units in a lot. So in this case it took 3 units from one house i buy the lot. This lot went for a little over $7000.00

    Yeah its not at all like that. I buy units from banks that have foreclosed, bankruptcy, abandoned homes, etc. not the people that didnt pay thier...
