    ANACS vs NGC

    I sent 4 ANACS 70's to NGC and NGC graded them 69's. I thought at least one would be a 70.

    It happened at IBM. Their chip was worked around to what we have today.

    After these articles, I looked at my PF69's of LBJ and on the obverse there was the same small patch of stipple in the same place on both coins....

    At the coin shows, most tables I have talked have a dislike for modern coins and commemoratives. Most of the vendors seem in their 60+ age.
