Vinegar @ 1/10 will not clean but help remove grime. Copper+Bronze is a Not one metal vinegar used.just remember that Do Not polish/rub .

Vinegar to clean coins is done with 1part /oz to 10 part/oz distilled water.
Salt did kill the value of the buffalo nickel. U may try put them in pure distilled water over night.
Copper or bronze Do not use Vinegar on any coin made of copper or bronze . They will to be worthless as a collectible.
