Nice but very common. The mint production lasted almost 2 years. There are no 1975 quarters as the Bicentennial Quarters are dual dated....

You may be mistaking what a doubled die is. Other than a few of the most obvious examples, even a trained numismatist wouldn't...

The corrosion would account for the lost weight. There's no way to determine the last digit. Try an electron microscope.
