MS66 RD .. Rev. die polish marks take away a 67 for me, can't tell if this is a slight gash in the Obv under the Chin or a mark in plastic

MS-64 Toned .. Maybe outside MS65 but think Check on Obv and Secondary Surface have to many Bag Marks to make 65.. Very Nice coin.
The reference photo by @spirityoda shows a great of display of differences of the two type nines (9) .. Notice on the Large Date the tail of the 9...

My thought exactly .. why not MS60 or MS62 :) now that would have to be classified as creative thinking.
