    Paddyman, I found that too but I forgot to mention it! Thought it was very odd but I guess if he was undersecretary that's the reason. Not sure...

    Ok thanks for the replies everyone. Didn't know they had both colors in the same year. Guess it's only worth $5 but I'll keep it anyway

    I was parking cars yesterday and got a 1963 $5 bill and I swapped it with a more current bill out of my wallet because it's older than I've ever...
