    Quarter help plz

    Its in great condition..with plastic coating on it and what i dont understand is why its gild on the back but the front looks like a normal state...

    Im not sure what it is or coated with...looks like the quaeter has a rough coating on it like a fine sandpaper before it was coated in a platic...
