    Anyone seen this before on 55S Wheatie

    I just found a BIE Error 1955-S, it's MS-60 at a minimum. It looks more like a 1 in between the B & E.

    Actually, not all the states. Only 26 of them and New Hampshire shows as Hampshire, and South Carolina shows as Carolina.
