@Jochen1 This coin is a basket of fruit with some hanging either side. Same type as Varbanov 2432a & 2401, info from wildwinds. [IMG]
The Sep Sev posted by @hotwheelsearl has a woven Basket of fruit or similar, with some hanging down either side on the reverse.
The mouth & nose are unusual for want of a better word. Have you found any similar types to compare it to ? Not qualified to have an opinion...
