Found this hunting the other day. Looks like a pretty solid Double Die Mint Mark on the P. Can I get some more opinions?
I found this today, the discoloration makes me think, but it appears to be legit. The back has reversed lets on it as well. What does everyone think?

The close up of STATES shows very clear doubling on the T and E. It is also on the obverse with the E showing doubling.
