        I was at the game when I lived in Cincy when Hammer Hank tied The Babe.

        HR #714 - Hank Aaron hit the 714th home run of his career on April 4, 1974, off Jack Billingham of the Cincinnati Reds - a milestone because it tied him with Babe Ruth, the all-time home run champion.

        Those were the days of Great BaseBall Players.

        I wish I saw #714. But the days of great ballplayers isn't over. I've seen Jeter at GABP, Ripken at Comiskey (1993), Maddux at Wrigley, holding Gwynn to 1 hit (1987). I was there for Homer's 2nd no-no, and I was there for Cueto winning 20, a rare feat nowadays. Legends are born every generation.
