Man, this place has lots of activity now. Seems like no matter what one posts, they'll receive some immediate responses, often from collectors of similar issues and examples.
Hope all is well in Norway. : )

      What a great photo, Svein. ; )

Glad to get your recent invite. Here I am, now I'll have to figure out a bunch of new size requirements, etc.

And what is a sticky thread and how do I find the one by Speedy on posting photos???

I posted my first images in the test area.

      Hi Phoenician
I buy coins from different websites in Europe and US. The Athenian coin was bought on ebay, the Phoenician coins were bought at a dealer in Oslo, Numisma coin shop.

If you're new with ancient coins, books and low price coins are a good start.
As I posted on another thread, one of my favorite sources for ancient coins is CNG.
