To be exact it was the app called CoinSnap it’s robot that you can ask questions glitched out and said it was rare

True but the thing is is on one end the penny is completely straight the other side is crooked.

I bought a proof set and came across this is this normal or valuable? The penny’s back is misaligned.
So I found this is my change definitely not a quarter. The coin is double sided with the same design.
