Any Seated Liberty Half collector can spot the 1845-O instantly as a fake by just looking at the digits in the date.

The pictured coin, in my opinion, should grade VG+. For this coin to be possibly graded VF is a prime example of "grade inflation."
I'd go XF-40, possibly a 45 as several others also said.
