    I think it is very close but I think it isn't there. I think the obverse especially isn't strong enough.

    It's hard to tell from those pictures. I like the contrast between the fields and the devices, but I think it falls just short of PL,...

    The cert# seems fairly recent. If they didn't give it PL the first time I doubt they would on a resubmit. But who knows.
