FYI, in 1958 the date wasn't "punched," it was engraved. Just like the others, all I'm seeing is DDD or it took a hit.
I got two 2021D cents in change at the end of January here in Houston. It's usually late February or early March before I see any new coins.

It could have gotten stuck in a clothes dryer. I have a cent that came out of a dryer that looks very similar. :)
Yours is a sloppy one, in my opinion. Stamped right over the date.
