    my penny has a pimple on the rim also that 8 imprinted on the tie makes you wonder i thinking it's counterfit

    Counterfeit penny? 1988 D possible double strike penny

    I think i got a counterfeit penny in change it has a excessively deep and well defined rim on it fake or is it a proof coin? it feels kinda...
