    I believe I found a 95 double die obverse cent, unfortunately its in crummy shape. The doubling shows mainly on the "In God". What do you think?...

    Well I checked the die markers as you suggested and we def have a winner with 001. It even shows a die clash on the reverse. Thanks so much.
