    2015 kisatchie. what are these "scratches"

    took the photos with my cell phone. there are some variations of the feathers under magnification but what would cause these scratches?[ATTACH]...

    looks to me as if there is doubling in the 2-0-p and the s in trust. found this in my pocket change and has sparked my collecting jean again. pics...
