      Hi Sunflower, nah, I was born in the 70's. I plucked the 1960 Lincoln cent that is pictured out of circulation. It stood out like a canary in a coal mine...it had such a beautiful shimmering surface...it's one of the main influences that got me into coin collecting.

      I buy any coin I can find with my year (1961). Maybe that is common. Turns out my dad has been doing that for years.
