I’m not a counterfeit specialist, but that looks like it came off a rusty die (or casting mold) at the Beijing Mint.

I just added this to my suite of series 1922 gold certificates. I think it's kind of neat to be a low grade with a PPQ desination....

Interesting that notes from multiple states as well as Continentals were all printed by Hall and Sellers.
