The only form of hub doubling that would be isolated in the cent of the die is a class 4 (offset). In 1995 and 1996 there are a few class 5...
There's no doubt there are at least two clash events. Being both are so strong I wouldn't be shocked if there wasn't a type 1 counterclash...
