    I have accounts at Wells Fargo, TCF Bank, US Bank, and a credit union. All of them would charge for cases. It's quite frustrating.

    Wells charges more than US Bank, I think it was 5%. US Bank at $4.50 is the lowest I can find. If I could find some silver it wouldn't be as bad.
