This looks like Pick-29a with handwritten signature. It is from 1925 and value is about $6.00 in VG ($2.50 in Good and $10.00 in Fine).
According to Don C. Kelly's census, there are six known of this note, $10.00 1929 T1. Your note is not in the census. A good find.
